Installation Instructions

  1. 1. Safety First

    Ensure the system is depressurized and drained. Wear appropriate PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.

  2. 2. Prepare the Flanges

    Clean flange faces and ensure they are free of debris, rust, or old gasket material.

  3. 3. Position the Gaskets

    Place gaskets between flanges ensuring proper alignment with bolt holes.

  4. 4. Align the Sight Flow Indicator

    Match flow direction and ensure correct alignment using pipe tools if needed.

  5. 5. Insert the Bolts

    Insert bolts, washers, and nuts. Hand-tighten to maintain alignment.

  6. 6. Tighten the Bolts

    Use torque wrench in cross pattern (30%, 60%, 100%) following manufacturer specs.

  7. 7. Final Inspection

    Ensure no gaps, secure fastening, and clean sight windows.

  8. 8. Test the System

    Pressurize gradually and check for leaks.

  9. 9. Operational Check

    Verify flow visibility and correct operation.
