Installation Instructions
- 1. Safety First
Ensure the system is depressurized and drained. Wear appropriate PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
- 2. Prepare the Flanges
Clean flange faces and ensure they are free of debris, rust, or old gasket material.
- 3. Position the Gaskets
Place gaskets between flanges ensuring proper alignment with bolt holes.
- 4. Align the Sight Flow Indicator
Match flow direction and ensure correct alignment using pipe tools if needed.
- 5. Insert the Bolts
Insert bolts, washers, and nuts. Hand-tighten to maintain alignment.
- 6. Tighten the Bolts
Use torque wrench in cross pattern (30%, 60%, 100%) following manufacturer specs.
- 7. Final Inspection
Ensure no gaps, secure fastening, and clean sight windows.
- 8. Test the System
Pressurize gradually and check for leaks.
- 9. Operational Check
Verify flow visibility and correct operation.

- Periodically inspect for wear, damage, or leaks
- Keep sight flow indicator clean using compatible agents
